EUSD State Preschool applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be available beginning May 1, 2025.

Completion of this electronic application initiates the enrollment process. 

An appointment will need to be scheduled with the state preschool office to bring the following required documents. 

• Submit your most current 30 days worth of income using Employment Information Income form.

  • Employment Information Income form - English (PDF)

  • Instrucciones de información de empleo (ingresos) (PDF)

• Proof of residence (dated within 30 days) (examples: SDG&E bill, water bill, cable/internet bill, annual lease agreement, mortgage statement, bank statement with a checking and/or savings account and County of San Diego letters.)

• Birth Certificates for children 17 years and younger (Only original documents are accepted)

• Parent ID

• Immunization Record

• Current Physical (dated within the last year)

• IEP (if applicable)
