This year our theater students have been working hard to bring the arts back to Mission. As a cumulation of their hard work, Ms. Lum’s theater students put on a fabulous performance of the play Luna.
Luna is the story of a girl named Soldedad whose parents are migrant workers. They move from place to place, never giving Soledad enough time to make friends or settle down. Soledad's best friend is Luna, the moon, because she's always there no matter where Soldedad's family travels. Will Soledad ever find a home and friends here on earth?

EVERYTHING as far as sets, props, and costumes were conceived and designed by our own students. Students ran the lights and sound during the show, and of course, we couldn't do it without our student performers.
